Times photographer Shane Bevel reports from Lake Charles… He says one of his better photographs shows a little boy upset while being shuttled to safety. The little boy had to leave his dog behind. Exacts were sketchy as reports were filed in haste by cell phone. Bevel is trying to transmit photographs from the day to The Times for tomorrow’s newspaper.
